About Us:

We live in the small township of Manaia, Taranaki which is situated between the beautiful Mt Taranaki and the rugged westcoast cliffs.

Both Pete and I have had labradors in our lives from our earliest memories and Pete has in the past been an enthusiastic duck hunter.

We first started showing labradors in 1983 and bred our first litter a short time later.  We took a break from the showing and breeding interests while our family was growing up and recently decided to start spending some weekends away at shows, which we have really enjoyed.

All of our dogs are very much part of our family and our daily activities.

Our thanks and gratitude go to Sue and Amanda Roughton of Roughfield Labradors who have bred our current labradors, Bond, Aimee and Evie. Their quality, type and soundness are exceptional and they have true labrador temperaments.
